•Under limited supervision, conducts inventories of chemicals used in laboratories, studios, and makerspaces. Uploads the inventory to UNM's web-based chemical inventory management system. The job includes, but is not limited to: Data entry Weekly check-in meetings Scheduling and conducting on-site visits Assist staff in the warehouse with waste inventory Barcoding and entering new chemicals into the web-based system Other job-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
