Works as a team member. Works effectively with other crews. Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work practices. Preventative Maintenance- Maintain shop hose reels, operate fuel islands, Operate fuel/lube trucks,
- Know what oil goes in each compartment
- Refer to appropriate service manual, Select proper oil weight, Determine if engine should be running or shut off for proper oil level, Clean fittings and machine area before adding oil, Add oil to proper level, Insure oil hose fitting is capped and stored properly. Equipment Operation
- Rigging techniques
- Identify the weight of object being picked, Select proper rigging, Inspect rigging, Verify capacity of equipment used to make the pick, Inspect equipment, Select proper picking points, Proper attachment of rigging, Use a tag line if needed, Use proper hand signals for lifting, Maintain proper positioning during pick, Inspect, clean and return rigging to storage area. - Build sample labels and take oil samples, Order parts from warehouse, Create work orders, Create warehouse requisitions, Enter work order text, Enter allocated labor. Works effectively with other departments. Electrical
- Replace lights.
