Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 Years of experience in field service (construction, gas, oil, solar)
• Expected to possess or be willing to complete a 40-Hour

Course, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 preferred (training will be provided if not current).

As an (entry-level) Construction Field Technician I at Our Client, you will gain basic knowledge of the terminology, processes, and equipment used in the operation, maintenance, and monitoring (OM&M) of various environmental gas control systems, while also learning essential health and safety requirements. Your tasks will be straightforward, providing a solid foundation for your career growth. You will report to a senior-level supervisor, such as a Senior Field Technician, OM&M Project Foreman, or a Regional Manager. We are looking for a Field Technician to service the Apex landfill in Vegas NV. How You Can Make an Impact

• Focus is on gaining the fundamentals to understand the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of various environmental systems.

Work with senior staff in the planning and execution of assigned tasks, including daily Crew Activity Plans (CAP), monitoring, and/or adjustment of various environmental control system components. At the direction of senior staff, performs basic maintenance and repairs of various environmental control system components. Become familiar with the concepts of conducting field observations/actions and report those observations/actions by way of field notes and daily logs, which will be used by others to prepare verbal and written client communications. Through training, gain basic knowledge to utilize field instruments to measure required environmental control system data, including calibration and proper care and handling of field instruments Participate in preliminary review of collected data with supervisor to gain an understanding of the fundamentals required to interpret field data Work with senior staff to make operational adjustments to environmental control system components in conjunction with the results of preliminary data reviews. Receive training to utilize the appropriate tools, equipment, and materials to maintain and repair environmental control system components. Assists Laborers, Field Technician II, Senior Field Technicians, or other staff with the removal of landfill liquid pumps.
