Job Description
Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Gas Engine Disassembly Technician. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:
Requires a mechanical or electronic aptitude with a good working knowledge various procedures and practices to be effective in meeting disassembly production cycle times Performs duties safely Use of various tools provided in the work area to perform disassembly duties to the component level Use of lifting devices and cranes to move components weighing more than 40 Lbs Follows documented procedures in standard work Operates industrial sized pressure washer Disassembles in an organized manner to maintain steady flow of components into the process Identifies and documents component abnormalities during disassembly Uses principles of 5S, continuous improvement, and standard work to eliminate waste Keeps tools and work area clean and orderly Contributing team member Effective communication skills Skills / Knowledge /Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Technical school or certification in a related discipline preferred Heavy equipment and industrial machine mechanical experience Manufacturing experience Experience in lean manufacturing Experience working in a "team environment" Intermediate proficiency with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work Basic computer skills Why Join theCleveland Brothers Team Market Leading Benefits Package:
