Prepares chemical solutions, analyzes compounds, tests products, monitors chemical processing, monitors product quality and packaging in production facilities.

Irrigation / Chemical Technician. We offer
YEAR-ROUND EMPLOYMENT.
You will need k nowledge & experience with Irrigation Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting (tracing of valves, broken wires, broken pipes, etc), replacement of standard parts (heads, nozzles, pipes, valves, etc.), operation / replacement of clocks/controllers, irrigation pump winterization, etc. Candidate should have 1-year experience and be able to work independently upon hiring. Knowledge & experience with chemical applications for turf and bed maintenance, including weed control, fertilization, insecticides, fungicides, etc. Experience with chemical spreader maintenance / service use. SC Category 3 Pesticide License preferred, but NOT required . Candidate experience for chemical applications may require some on the job training at hiring date. Minimum of 3-months experience required . Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean record, good communication skills and strong references to be considered.
