Full Job Description Oil & Gas Lease & Land Analyst Location:

Houston, TX or Denver, CO Pay Rate:

Up to $81.50/hr We are looking for an experienced Oil & Gas Lease & Land Analyst to support lease and land administration activities.

Responsibilities:

Manage lease and contract records for producing and non-producing properties. Track lease rentals, shut-ins, minimum royalties, payments, and expirations. Process lease extensions, ownership changes, assignments, deeds, and related records. Maintain land records and supporting documentation. Research public/private land records and resolve routine issues. Support Land Operations with pooling, communitization, and other agreements.

Requirements:

Experience with oil & gas land/lease administration. Strong understanding of lease obligations, land principles, and land records. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Quorum Land System and/or SAP preferred. Bachelor's degree with 0-4 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Pay:

$70.00 - $81.50 per hour
