We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor to join our drinking water laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laboratory techniques and research development, ensuring compliance with EPA and ADEC regulations. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or equivalent. Responsibilities/Duties Carrying out chemical and microbiological analyses of drinking water and some wastewater using EPA and Standard Methods. Maintaining a quality assurance and quality control program to provide defendable laboratory data. Creating reports in a timely manner. Data entry for compliance samples. Ordering and maintaining laboratory supplies. Customer Service, answering phones, sample receiving/logging. May include some field sampling, must have valid driver's license. Experience Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, or equivalent Knowledge of laboratory techniques, chemistry, microbiology, and data collection methodologies. Familiarity with EPA and ADEC drinking water regulations is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Experience with aseptic technique and ion chromatography is a plus.
