Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate or entry level scientist with immunology background to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in flow cytometry testing, and cell-based assay development. This individual will function as an integral member of the InnoCyto Inc team and is a motivated collaborator with strong interpersonal communication skills. Must be a highly motivated team player with a passion for leveraging their expertise to support scientists across the organization in generating impactful data that advances product development.Key Responsibilities:
- Validate antibodies for flow cytometry and other applications such as ELISA, immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Western blotting, as appropriate..
- Execute multi-color flow cytometry panels for phenotypic and functional characterization of immune cells.
- Perform mammalian cell culture, primary cell isolation and culture
- Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data to cross-functional teams. Qualifications
- Master degree. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant academic or industry experience; B.S. with 3+ years of experience may be considered.
- Hands-on expertise in flow cytometry
- Experience with cell-based functional assays (e.g., proliferation, cytokine release, cytotoxicity).
- Experience in primary immune cell culture (PBMCs, T cells, macrophages, etc.) and cell line maintenance.
- Proficiency with general molecular biology and immunology techniques (ELISA, qPCR, western blotting, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
