The successful candidate will focus on in vitro assay development, optimization, and characterization of LVV-based CAR-T approaches, with an emphasis on cell-specific targeting, CAR expression, and functional activity.

3 months Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize in vitro assays to evaluate LVV-based in vivo CAR-T approaches.
  • Perform multicolor flow cytometry to evaluate transduction, CAR expression, cell specificity, T-cell phenotype, and activation.
  • Develop and perform cell-based functional assays, including cytotoxicity, proliferation, and cytokine assays.
  • Utilize IncuCyte, ELISA/LEGENDplex, and other relevant platforms.
  • Perform molecular assays such as qPCR/ddPCR when needed.
  • Analyze and interpret data using FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, and Excel.
  • Troubleshoot experiments, optimize protocols, and establish reproducible assay workflows.
  • Present experimental results and collaborate with scientists across the research team. Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in cell therapy, gene therapy, immunology, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with lentiviral transduction and in vitro characterization of genetically engineered cells.
  • Experience with T-cell or immune-cell assays is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in assay development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in multicolor flow cytometry and cell-based functional assays.
  • Proficiency in FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, and Excel.
  • Strong experimental design, troubleshooting, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced research environment.
  • Maintain organized, detailed records to support internal documentation and regulatory requirements.
