Job Description
Under direction of the Chief Engineer I, the Chemist works as the Laboratory Director, and performs a variety of responsible professional and complex chemistry work within the Water Quality Laboratory (WQL) of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). The Laboratory Director is responsible for all analytical and operational activities of the laboratory, indirect supervision of all personnel employed by the laboratory, and the accuracy and quality of all data reported by the laboratory.
