This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to precision, safety, and regulatory excellence. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for accurately blending and preparing chemical compounds while adhering to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and safety protocols. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and mixers to accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials and chemicals in accordance with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Follow detailed batch records and GMP guidelines to prepare pharmaceutical compounds with precision and consistency. Handle industrial chemicals safely, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection and chemical-resistant gloves. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, respiratory protection, and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as machining tools and material handling devices to ensure optimal operation and compliance with manufacturing standards. Document all production activities accurately, including batch records, safety checks, and equipment logs for regulatory audits. Support packaging operations by preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing environment. Experience Prior experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities or industrial chemical production environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of
GMP, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and regulatory/legal compliance standards in production settings. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience operating material handling equipment like forklifts is advantageous. Familiarity with laboratory procedures, chemical agent handling, and machining processes enhances your ability to perform effectively in this role. Basic math skills are essential for precise measurement and formulation tasks. Experience with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocol adherence, and industrial chemical handling is required for success in this position.
