Pay Range:
$24 to $28 per hour.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Scientist to support protein chemistry activities focused on large molecule therapeutic candidates. The role will support protein analytics, molecular characterization, and protein purification activities. The ideal candidate will analyze experimental data, communicate findings, and contribute to candidate assessment and selection. This position requires strong collaboration with project, analytics, and automation teams in a cross functional scientific environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and characterize complex protein and biologic molecules. Perform protein analytics and protein purification activities. Execute and support analytical and molecular assessment workflows. Organize, analyze, trend, and report experimental findings. Use analytical instrumentation and software to evaluate protein characteristics. Collaborate with project, analytics, and automation teams. Support assessment and selection of potential large molecule therapeutic candidates.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Life Sciences or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant scientific experience. Hands on experience in protein chemistry with protein analytics and or protein purification. Experience with protein analytical techniques such as HPLC, MCE, or comparable methods. Experience analyzing and characterizing proteins or biologic molecules. Ability to analyze experimental data and communicate scientific findings Strong critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Chromeleon, LabChip, or similar analytical software. Experience with high throughput protein purification or analytical techniques. Experience handling and analyzing large datasets. Experience with protein purification and analytical instrumentation. Experience working with complex biologics or therapeutic proteins.
