2 Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Chemist to join an onsite laboratory team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates with a B.S. in Chemistry and 0-2 years of experience . The right candidate will receive training and work with both classical and analytical chemistry techniques. Responsibilities Perform routine laboratory testing using Wet Chemistry, GC, HPLC, and ICP equipment. Conduct classical chemistry testing, including titrations, viscosity, melt point, and Karl Fischer . Provide analytical support for new business and product development. Follow laboratory safety, hazardous waste, and compliance procedures. Maintain accurate laboratory records and test results. Troubleshoot and resolve basic laboratory/analytical issues. Perform liquid nitrogen and helium filling operations as required. Requirements B.S. in Chemistry required. 0-2 years of relevant experience ; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of Gas Chromatography (GC) and HPLC preferred. Knowledge of wet/classical chemistry techniques. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good computer skills and strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic and ability to work with limited supervision. Safety-focused mindset. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for approximately 30 minutes. We will train the right candidate! NIT01
