Job Description & Skill Requirement:
The Chemist will work in a Moisture Testing Laboratory to support various established testing methods. The responsibilities of this position include sample preparation, instrument setup, sample testing, and data analysis for various methods including but not limited to: UV-Visible spectroscopy, Gas Chromatography, and Karl Fischer Moisture Analysis. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Communicate effectively with team members. Perform sample preparation, testing, data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with peers to manage the development of appropriate testing to verify product meets customer requirements. Recognize common and uncommon problems of moderate scope and complexity when they occur. Use standard techniques, theories, and tools to identify and develop solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Adhere to safety policy procedures. Execute testing protocols and perform testing in accordance with relevant internal SOPs and development
