Conducting experiments to develop and optimize new product formulas. Using laboratory instrumentation to measure physical properties and predict product performance. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting experimental data to assess formulation effectiveness. Translating scientific findings into actionable insights through clear, impactful presentations to management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. What makes you a good fit A current junior or current senior student or master's / graduate student pursuing a degree in

Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Microsoft Excel:

Proficient in data analysis, pivot tables, charts, and formula-based modeling

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Project Management:

Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in cross-functional environments
