Mid-Atlantic Environmental Laboratories, Inc. (MAEL) is an independent analytical laboratory strategically located in New Castle, Delaware. With a focus on environmental testing, we provide reliable and accurate analytical services to clients based in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Our commitment to quality and client satisfaction has made us a trusted partner in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Gas Chromatography analyst to join our dedicated team. As a GC Analyst at Mid-Atlantic Environmental Laboratories, you will play a critical role in our analytical testing operations. Your expertise in GC techniques will ensure accurate identification and quantification of target compounds in various environmental samples. You will work closely with our team of technicians to deliver high-quality results to our valued clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in Gas Chromatography and or GC/MS techniques. Proficiency in operating GC instruments, including sample preparation techniques Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and standards (EPA methods, SW-846, etc.) Familiarity with data analysis software and ability to interpret data Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced laboratory environment Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities
