This is an exciting role for candidates who want to work hands-on with cutting-edge injectable formulations and contribute to the design, optimization, and advancement of innovative drug products. Whether you're an ambitious Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, this role provides the opportunity to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop formulations for complex injectable products including peptides, extended-release systems, and novel drug delivery platforms.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, formulation optimization, and product characterization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytical, manufacturing, regulatory, quality).
- Design and execute experiments to ensure formulation stability, efficacy, and scalability.
- Prepare scientific reports, technical documentation, and regulatory-compliant records (e.g., USFDA).
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in injectable pharmaceuticals through literature and industry updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in formulation development, drug delivery, and injectables.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and regulatory standards (preferred, not required).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach and eagerness to learn.
