You will be integral to ensuring that our manufacturing processes adhere to strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards while supporting the production of cutting-edge skincare, makeup, and personal care items. Duties Assist in the preparation and compounding of cosmetic formulations following detailed manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. Handle industrial chemicals and raw materials safely, utilizing proper Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and other machinery. Operate and maintain material handling equipment to ensure efficient movement of ingredients and finished products within the warehouse or production area. Ensure all chemical agents are handled in compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as respiratory protection and gloves. Support manufacturing processes by measuring, mixing, and packaging products accurately while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and work areas to uphold safety protocols and manufacturing standards. Maintain detailed records of production activities, chemical usage, equipment maintenance, and quality checks in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations. Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, materials handling, and packaging to ensure timely production flow. Participate in cleaning procedures and sanitation efforts to sustain a sterile environment suitable for pharmaceutical-grade cosmetic manufacturing. Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or contamination during chemical handling or machinery operation. Qualifications Prior experience in pharmaceutical or industrial chemical manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency. Familiarity with GMP, CGMP, and regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to cosmetic or pharmaceutical production. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, machining processes, and equipment maintenance. Experience with laboratory procedures or laboratory experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous. Ability to handle industrial chemicals safely while adhering to safety protocols including PPE usage such as respiratory protection. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality control checks. Warehouse experience including forklift operation and materials handling is desirable. Understanding of packaging processes within a manufacturing environment. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and regulatory compliance standards in production settings. Ability to lift a 40 lb box. Ability to handle a 400 lb drum with a dolly.
