Job Description

A well-established personal care manufacturer is seeking a QC Chemist proficient in ICP to join their growing Quality team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your ICP expertise while working hands-on with a range of analytical instrumentation in a fast-paced, cGMP-regulated lab.
Responsibilities:
Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products using ICP-OES, HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, XRF, and wet chemistry methods Test and release lotions, dispersions, and API materials within tight turnaround windows Issue and review production batch records and labels, ensuring accuracy and completeness Follow cGMP guidelines and maintain documentation in accordance with quality standards Coordinate lab equipment calibrations and repairs Communicate test results and quality data to supervisors and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field 1-2 years of experience with ICP-OES preferred 1-2 years of experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical laboratory Familiarity with a cGMP environment
