All On-site Job Description Job Description:
Client is seeking an Analytical Laboratory Professional to support laboratory operations and analytical testing for EPA and AIHA accredited programs. This role requires a strong foundation in Occupational Hygiene or Environmental Analyses, along with hands-on experience in advanced analytical techniques and a commitment to quality, compliance, and scientific excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to the generation of reliable, high-quality data in support of laboratory and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Perform analytical testing in support of occupational hygiene and environmental laboratory programs. Analyze, document, and troubleshoot assays using HPLC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, ELISA, and related techniques. Perform method development, optimization, validation, and verification. Conduct analysis of large molecule samples and complex matrices as required. Maintain quality system compliance, standard operating procedures, and alignment with accreditation policies. Ensure data integrity through accurate documentation, review, and reporting of results. Participate in investigations, deviation assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action activities. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across scientific, quality, and operational functions. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support the application of innovative tools, including generative AI, where appropriate and compliant. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Occupational Hygiene, or a related scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred. Experience in occupational hygiene, environmental analysis, or a related analytical laboratory environment. Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following platforms: liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, ELISA, and large molecule analysis. Working knowledge of GxP principles and quality systems management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and data integrity. Preferred Experience Experience working in a regulated laboratory or quality-driven environment. Familiarity with method development and validation. Exposure to data analysis tools, automation, or emerging technologies supporting laboratory efficiency. Experience applying generative AI tools in a scientific or operational context.
