Job DescriptionThis role offers a starting range of $77,000 to $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

Our R D has a strong knowledge base, in fact 1/3 of our Chemist team has over 15 years of experienceINX has cutting-edge innovation and technologyYou will work on a collaborative team culture and an autonomous work environmentAs an R D Chemist you will be responsible for:

Troubleshooting issues with existing technologies as well as customer challengesDeveloping new inkjet technologies based on customer needsEvaluating raw materials and optimize formulations for cost-savings opportunitiesProviding technical support to manufacturingPublishing project reports & other documents direct to sales & customersMaintaining laboratory equipmentQualificationsTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

Have a Bachelors degree in Chemistry or equivalentHave 5+ years of inkjet ink formulation experienceKnowledge of inkjet printing processesDemonstrate strong Math and Science skillsBe Proficient with record-keepingHave good and effective written, reading comprehension and verbal skillsBe able to interpret data and draw effective conclusionsIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
