Provide leadership and direction in forging/rolling operations. Follow established corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Deliver consistent results to both internal and external customers. Qualifications ( R equired & P referred):
Education:
High School or equivalent (R), Associate Degree or equivalent experience (P)
Experience:
2 years hot mill rolling (R); 3-5 years manufacturing or equivalent experience (P)
Areas of Knowledge:
Safety, Health & Environmental (R), Labor Contract (R), Manufacturing (P), Management (R), Haynes Northside Production Operation (P), Lean Manufacturing (P), 5S (P)
Skills:
Written and oral communication (R), Organizational (R), Leadership (R), Computer (R),
Interpersonal Relations Role Responsibilities :
1. Proactive safety-first attitude. 2. Ensure compliance to all safety, environmental, AAP & EEO rules, regulations, and laws. 3. Ensure compliance to plant rules. 4. Direct daily operations of forge/mill crews. 5. Follow all SOP's and QCI's. 6. Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement. 7. Maintain all needed documentation 8. Schedule daily work to meet production goals. 9.
