Role Overview The Laboratory Scientist is responsible for supporting and executing experimental work to complete analytical service projects, for supporting the development of chemical and biopharmaceutical testing equipment and innovative applications, and for distributing our expertise in the form of demonstrations and training. Key Responsibilities Support and execute Analytical Service experiments for customer samples Support and execute development projects. Participate in maintaining the analytical laboratory. Support general lab work by media and reagent preparation. Prepare and follow relevant documentation to support Analytical Service operations; SOP, protocols, etc. Support development efforts to enhance the hardware and software aspects of Pion equipment. Support the global sales effort with customer meetings and demonstrations as required Provide l training courses for end users, channel partners and internal customers.
