Our technology and products are second to none. We are looking for an experienced Chemical Analysis Engineering Specialist. In this role you will work with engineers to conduct experiments, perform quality testing, and make chemical adjustments related to wafer manufacturing processes. Additionally, you may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing processes. The Chemical Analysis Engineering Specialist reports to the Wafer Plating / CMP / Wet-Etch Process Engineering Manager. About the role - you will: Work D-Shift position hours, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 3:00AM plus alternating Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 3:00AM
Perform scheduled chemical analysis of plating baths.
Make additions of chemicals to plating baths to maintain correct levels
Monitor real time data (pH, flow, temperature, etc.) from process tools, utilizing SCADA software, and taking corrective actions for out-of-control situations.
Maintain and calibrate inline chemical measurement and dosing systems.
Maintain laboratory chemical analysis equipment.
Make chemical standards used in calibration of analytical equipment.
Perform record keeping in lab systems / logs.
Work with engineers and specialists to develop and standardize best practices across shifts.
