The Chemist is responsible for supporting product development, formulation, and testing activities within a laboratory and manufacturing environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including R D, Quality, and Production to develop new products, improve existing formulations, and troubleshoot technical issues. Conduct laboratory experiments to support product development and formulation improvements Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products Document and interpret experimental data, providing clear and actionable insights Assist in scaling formulations from lab to pilot and full production Troubleshoot product and process issues in both lab and plant environments Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to ensure product consistency and performance Maintain accurate records of formulations, test methods, and results Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines Support continuous improvement efforts related to product quality and process efficiency Stay current on new materials, technologies, and industry trends What we are looking for in a
