- Extensive laboratory experience, including physical stability analysis (viscosity, density, etc.), safety, and ability to record data and observations.
- Ability to operate lab scale mixing and milling equipment is also a must.
- Critical thinking skills, detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible, able to respond quickly to shifting priorities and able to multitask.
- Working knowledge of formulation development is preferred.
- Bachelor-level knowledge of chemicals and chemical principles is required.
- 1-3 Years of Experience.
