Job Description Execute testing of assigned analysis type for routine sample submissions using electrophoresis, chromatography, ELISA, qPCR and compendial methods Identify and help to resolve equipment and basic test method issues Develop expertise to serve as a backup executor of a limited number of other analysis types (other test methods) Provide feedback to client on the performance of existing assays / test methods Basic lab organization and maintenance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in science (chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent life sciences degree) At least 3-5 years of experience Experience with analytical methods (LC-UV/MS) to screen and characterize activity of antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) Experience with microfluidics and capillary electrophoresis to conduct protein analysis Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information Role is full time. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Research Triangle Park/Durham, NC are encouraged to apply.
