Job Description:

Position Summary We are seeking a Process Scientist with experience in upstream and downstream bioprocessing to support manufacturing and process development activities in a biopharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will support process optimization, troubleshooting, scale-up, and GMP manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Support upstream and downstream manufacturing process activities. Assist with process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor process performance and analyze manufacturing data. Support technology transfer, scale-up, and validation activities. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, and Engineering teams. Ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. 3+ years of upstream and downstream bioprocessing experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments. Experience with GMP manufacturing operations and process support. Strong problem-solving, technical, and communication skills.
