requirements, as applicable. Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, data integrity, and safety. Demonstrate strong teamwork, client focus, and alignment with company values. Effectively prioritize work to meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations. Maintain required training and provide clear communication and feedback. Identify issues, determine root causes, and implement process improvements. Laboratory Operations Perform complex and non-routine testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC, GC-MS, ICP, mass spectrometry, wet chemistry, and specialized instrumentation. Operate, maintain, calibrate, verify, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Execute testing with accuracy, precision, and sound laboratory practices. Follow SOPs, work instructions, protocols, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready laboratory work areas. Method Development & Validation Support method development, transfer, validation, and verification activities. Draft and execute validation protocols and reports. Provide analytical support for validation studies and recommend technical improvements. Documentation & Quality Systems Draft, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and related documentation. Review and approve analytical data generated by other analysts. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality system requirements. Training & Collaboration Train and mentor new personnel. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders. Perform additional duties and support department objectives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other related discipline 7+ years of relevant experience Experience with Gas Chromatography Additional Information Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
