Job Description
Who We Are TPM Laboratories, Inc. is an independent contract testing laboratory providing personalized analytical services to the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. TPM Labs specializes in Analytical Research and Development Testing Services, Quality Control Testing and Stability Storage & Testing Services. Our goal is to provide high quality, cost effective and timely service, personalized to meet your needs. What You'll Own TPM Laboratories is hiring a Senior Analytical Chemist to generate and approve defensible analytical data for pharmaceutical and chemical clients in a cGMP environment. This role exists to provide expert technical judgment, keep projects moving, and ensure data integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee HPLC/UPLC/GC, LC-MS, UV, IR/FTIR, dissolution, and wet chemistry testing
- Review chromatograms, calculations, and reports for accuracy and compliance
- Lead OOS/OOT investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Drive method development, transfer, verification, qualification, and validation (FDA/ICH)
- Troubleshoot methods/instruments; support audits and client technical discussions
- Mentor junior analysts and improve lab efficiency Required qualifications:
- BS in Chemistry (or related) and 4+ years in pharma/biotech/analytical labs
- Strong HPLC experience; solid grasp of USP/EP and 21 CFR 210/211
- Excellent documentation, organization, and client-facing communication Apply if you can work independently and hold a high bar for quality.
