Position Summary The organization is seeking a dedicated Assistant Scientist to support the development of oral solid formulations. This role involves executing laboratory and pilot plant activities, designing experimental formulation studies, and conducting material characterization and formulation testing. The position offers a 100% onsite work schedule, primarily during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Support and conduct activities related to the development of oral formulations. Perform batch processing of oral products, including material characterization and formulation testing. Design and optimize formulations by employing structured experimental approaches. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Previous experience in oral formulation development and processing is required. Knowledge of formulation development and oral product processing techniques (e.g., blending, tableting, encapsulation). Ability to track data trends and utilize statistical analysis software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and logical reasoning. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate transparently with peers and management. Preferred Qualifications Experience in oral formulation preparation and testing methodologies.
