Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Granulation Operator to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced pharmaceutical production environment. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for operating granulation equipment to produce high-quality pharmaceutical granules, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards. Your role will contribute directly to the safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of medicinal products, supporting our mission to deliver safe and effective medications to patients worldwide. Duties Operate and monitor granulation equipment according to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines Ensure proper handling and processing of industrial chemicals and pharmaceutical ingredients with strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements Conduct routine inspections of machinery, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance or escalate as needed to maintain optimal operation Follow all safety protocols related to chemical agent handling, respiratory protection, and materials handling equipment operation Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, batch records, and quality control data in compliance with regulatory standards Assist with material handling tasks including loading raw materials, packaging finished products, and operating forklifts safely within the manufacturing area Support laboratory testing procedures when required to verify product quality during the granulation process Experience Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility or industrial chemical production environment is highly preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous Familiarity with
GMP, CGMP
(Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and regulatory/legal compliance standards in production settings is essential Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, machining processes, and troubleshooting is beneficial Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts and understanding of chemical agent handling procedures are important Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating batch sizes, and maintaining accurate records are required Laboratory experience related to pharmaceutical or chemical testing enhances your ability to support quality assurance efforts Join us in a role that champions safety, precision, and innovation!
