Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Life Science graduate to join our R&D or production team as an entry-level Scientist. In this role, you will perform hands-on laboratory work, assist in formulation trials, and support process development for OTC and nutraceutical products. This is an entry-level position ideal for building practical experience in product development and quality processes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct small-scale trials and lab experiments to optimize process parameters. Document experiments, analyze data, and maintain accurate lab records. Support small-scale trials, sample preparation, and analytical testing. Record and maintain accurate lab data and reports. Assist in formulation and process development experiments in the lab and support small-scale batch production and process optimization. Assist in formulation development for OTC, Prescription and nutraceutical products. Support stability studies and quality checks under guidance. Help troubleshoot process issues to improve efficiency and product consistency. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and food safety regulations relevant to nutraceuticals. Record and analyze experimental data accurately. Follow GMP and safety guidelines in all lab activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth technology transfer. Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and presentations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in: Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
