Company Overview Tishcon Corp. is a reputable contract manufacturer and product formulation company that has experienced remarkable growth over the past decade. With two FDA-registered facilities operating under NSF cGMP certified guidelines, we specialize in developing innovative products across various delivery systems, including capsules, vegetarian capsules, tablets, and softgels. Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analytical Chemist to join our dynamic team. Responsible for performing analytical testing of vitamins and related products, operating laboratory instrumentation, maintaining GMP/GLP documentation, and supporting daily laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine analytical testing of water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins on raw materials, in-process blends, stability samples, and finished products.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including GC, KF, FTIR, ICP, HPLC, UPLC, and spectrophotometers.
  • Document analytical activities in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements.
  • Review laboratory notebooks for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Review laboratory test methods and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain reference standard logs and track expiration dates to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support to your manager and laboratory management as required.
  • Perform routine -daily verifications for balances, pH, KF.
  • Manage laboratory waste, reagents, reference standards, and consumables.
  • Coordinate with qualified service provider for instrument services, including OQ, PQ, Calibration and preventive maintenance (PM) if required.
  • Assist laboratory team members and provide backup support during staff absences.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with Laboratory instruments i.
e.
GC, ICP. KF, FTIR, HPLC/UPLC
analytical testing and laboratory documentation.
  • Worked in the QC Laboratory environment (i.e. GLP, GDP, ALCOA++)

Pay:
$68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
