Job Description
To provide research support in the Forensic Science Examination Lab on various projects on the interpretation of fingerprint, firearm and trace evidence. Interpret, synthesize, and analyze data Facilitate gathering of materials and data for various projects and reports; write summaries of project findings as requested Maintain a laboratory notebook Present research findings Work safely in the laboratory Work with graduate students Forensic Science Major in good academic standing Good organizational skills and neatness Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Proficiency in technical writing and documentation Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with data analysis and statistics The student will work under the direct supervision of the faculty member.
