Job Description
Senior Research & Development Chemist Are you passionate about creating innovative beauty and personal care products? Join our R D team and play a key role in developing new formulations from concept through commercialization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, explore emerging ingredient technologies, and help bring exciting products to market. What You'll Do Develop and formulate innovative beauty and personal care products. Create, test, and evaluate product prototypes for performance and stability. Research new ingredients, technologies, and industry trends. Manage laboratory experiments, stability testing, and technical documentation. Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to scale products from lab to production. Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and innovation initiatives. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent laboratory experience. 3+ years of formulation or product development experience, ideally in beauty, personal care, or consumer products. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Passion for innovation and collaboration. Why Join Us?
