Nutrition Chemist Job Description Looking for a Nutrition Chemist with strong background in GCMS, LECO, UV-Vis and Grava, Metric Analysis! Ideally from Nutrition Chemist setting, or 3+ years of relevant experience. Essential Skills GC-MS experience would be beneficial LECO experience would be beneficial (protein analysis) A strong working knowledge of wet chemistry (titrations, etc.) Experience in Grava-metric analysis (analysis by weighing stuff - moisture would be a good example of that) UV-Vis Experience (Absorbance equation) Additional Skills & Qualifications Good observational skills Attention to detail Organizational skills Good writing skills (as they head into SOPs) - technical writing skills Good math skills Work Environment Work in a fast-paced analytical laboratory environment, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56000.00/yr.
