This position offers full benefits, sick time, 401K, paid holidays, and paid time off. This position does not offer sponsorship. Description The Bioanalytical Group within Preclinical Development is seeking a motivated bioanalytical scientist to join the Regulated GLP Pharmacokinetics (PK) Bioanalytical group. Responsibilities Validate, and utilize ligand binding assays and chromatographic tandem mass spectrometric assays to measure drug levels in biological matrices to support sample analysis. Responsible for method validation, and preclinical sample analysis. Ensure GLP compliance. Support assay protocol and validation report preparation. Communicate results effectively to team members and supervising principal investigators. Qualifications Scientist 2: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry or Biochemistry with 1 to 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, or a Master's degree in a relevant field with 0 to 1 years of experience Scientist 3: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry or Biochemistry with 3 to 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, or a Master's degree in a relevant field with 1 to 2 years of experience Required Skills and Experience Familiarity with the operation of chromatographic tandem mass spectrometric and ligand binding assays including bioanalysis of large molecules by mass spectrometry (or other comparable bioanalytical workflows) Experience with working in a laboratory setting executing wet laboratory-based activities A team player with excellent oral and written communication skills Familiarity with the basic principles of regulated bioanalysis and Good Laboratory Practice Familiarity with supporting the analysis of sample types of biological matrices Familiarity with liquid handlers and other automation platforms for sample preparation and assay process Demonstrates personal commitment with respect to working safely in a laboratory setting About Parexel Parexel FSP includes the CMC Operations group.
