In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of nutraceutical and dietary supplement formulations, focusing on powders, liquids, and consumer-friendly dosage forms. You will provide technical leadership across formulation design, scale-up, commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality and compliant product delivery. Optimize blends, taste masking, flow properties, and product stability as a subject matter expert. Support scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturability assessments. Interpret data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure database integrity. Review Master Batch Records and provide technical oversight for costing and feasibility. Mentor and train team members while supporting lab operations and equipment readiness. Champion safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred 7 + years' experience of formulation experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or related industries. Experience with powders or consumer-friendly dosage forms such as gummies, chewables, or effervescents. Strong understanding of GMPs, regulatory expectations, and ingredient compliance. Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams. Skilled in data analysis, technical documentation, and problem-solving.
