process control procedure Select or extract random pallet samples according to NCh 44 sampling plan (MIL-STD-105E attribute sampling standard) Review the pallets in the sample one by one and verify that they meet the specifications set out in the CHEP quality standard Record the sample result in a daily control sheet in a complete and orderly manner Audit compliance with the sampling process applied by the rest of the quality control team Report sampling results by email to stakeholders after review of each flow is completed Generate the quality indicator from the sample result to check whether or not there are deviations If there are deviations take immediate control measures: stopping the shift, training or other Take specific control measures with each worker according to their performance Analyze deviations from the quality standard at any stage of the process and inform the department manager Control available pallet blocks
