R D Associate Scientist - LIMS Development plays a key role in supporting laboratory digitalization initiatives by providing technical and functional expertise in LabVantage LIMS and its advanced capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Lab Operations and cross?functional teams to develop and implement advanced functionality within the LabVantage LIMS platform. Partner with local and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate laboratory needs into effective LabVantage solutions. Develop, maintain, and update training documentation and user support materials. Create instructional training videos to support system onboarding and continuous learning. Deliver training sessions for local and global users on LabVantage LIMS, ELN, and LES functionality. Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, including test script development and execution.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with LabVantage LIMS. Working knowledge of LabVantage ELN and LES. Strong critical?thinking, problem?solving, and analytical skills. Understanding of analytical chemistry laboratory workflows and their integration with LIMS systems.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management tools. Experience supporting or leading system training initiatives in a laboratory environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the Microsoft Power Apps suite. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
