Operations Technician |
Night Shift Salary:
$45,000 per year Night schedule between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience cleaning industrial and commercial kitchens
  • Ability to clean floors and operate side-by-side floor machines, auto scrubbers, high-speed burnishers, carpet extractors, and wet vacuums
  • Experience working in hospitals or healthcare clinics

  • Strong customer service skills Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Technician to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting production processes, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical and industrial chemical manufacturing standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence, uphold safety protocols, and ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout all stages of manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and other machinery to move raw materials, components, and finished products safely and efficiently. Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards. Handle industrial chemicals and pharmaceutical agents with precision, adhering to safety protocols including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and respiratory protection requirements. Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of machining tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues, ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards. Support packaging operations by preparing products for shipment while maintaining strict quality control measures. Document all activities accurately, including chemical handling logs, equipment maintenance records, and process deviations, following regulatory/legal compliance standards. Skills Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance such as CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. Experience handling industrial chemicals safely within a regulated environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, dosage verification, and process adjustments. Familiarity with laboratory procedures and experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility is highly desirable. Proficiency in operating material handling equipment like forklifts and other industrial machinery. Adherence to safety protocols including PPE usage, respiratory protection, and chemical handling procedures. Understanding of manufacturing SOPs related to pharmaceutical or industrial chemical production. Experience with packaging processes within a GMP-compliant environment is advantageous.
