Role Description The Registered Associate will provide direct clinical services to clients, including conducting intakes, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, collaborating with supervisors and colleagues for case consultation, and participating in regular clinical supervision to support professional growth and licensure goals. The role also involves coordinating care with external providers when appropriate, contributing to a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment, and supporting practice-wide initiatives that enhance client care. Qualifications Active California registration as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC, with no disciplinary actions Minimum of 1500 completed clinical hours Provide in-person services in Walnut Creek, CA (hybrid option available) Part-Time (12-15 sessions/week) with 1-2 hours/week triadic supervision Foundational skills in evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ERP, EMDR) A commitment to ongoing clinical learning and development Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and risk evaluation Client-centered and culturally responsive Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, receive and integrate supervision, and manage a steady caseload in an on-site setting Comfort working with diverse populations, including adults, teens, and families experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship concerns, and mood disorders
