Multi-site travel required About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our growing clinical research team in Fountain Valley, CA . The primary office for this position is located in Fountain Valley , with travel to additional clinical research offices throughout the region, including Torrance, Anaheim, Los Alamitos, and Glendale . What You'll Do As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will help coordinate and support clinical research studies from start to finish while ensuring a positive experience for patients and maintaining compliance with study protocols.
Key responsibilities may include:
Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned clinical research studies. Support patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and ongoing study participation. Coordinate and schedule patient study visits and follow-up appointments. Communicate with patients regarding study requirements, appointments, and procedures. Work closely with investigators, physicians, nurses, sponsors, and other members of the research team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical research documentation and study records. Collect, enter, and maintain patient and study data in applicable systems. Assist with informed consent processes in accordance with study protocols and organizational procedures. Ensure study activities are conducted according to approved protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Track patient visits, labs, procedures, medications, and other study-related requirements. Assist with resolving data queries and maintaining accurate source documentation. Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and other study-related activities. Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information. Identify and communicate potential protocol deviations or study concerns to the appropriate research team members. Travel between assigned research locations as needed to support study operations. Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education related to clinical research. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about clinical research and improving patient care. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through skills. Comfortable interacting with patients and healthcare professionals. A strong communicator who works well in a collaborative environment. Able to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a research team. Comfortable learning and using electronic medical records, clinical research databases, and other technology platforms. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately. Flexible and comfortable traveling between multiple offices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or related field preferred. Previous clinical research experience preferred. Experience working in a healthcare, medical office, hospital, or patient-care environment is a plus. Knowledge of clinical research processes, GCP, or regulatory requirements is preferred. Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to travel between Fountain Valley, Torrance, Anaheim, Los Alamitos, and Glendale as required. Why Join Us?
