Role:
To support clinical trial operations across our studies, working directly with patients, a study coordinator and physician.
Tasks:
Take vital signs, ECGs, perform phlebotomy Process and ship lab specimens Enter and manage data across electronic data capture (EDC) systems Assist with recruitment - reach out to potential study participants Assist the PI and Study Coordinator during participant evaluations Track participant schedules, manage study supplies, and ensure protocol adherence
Qualifications:
Required Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent), Bachelor's degree, or at least 2 years of clinical trials experience Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Compassion and patience working with the mental health population Preferred Prior clinical research experience, especially in psychiatry or neurosciences Phlebotomy certification IATA certification Familiarity with EDC platforms and regulatory documentation
