As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of clinical research studies. You will work closely with the research team to ensure the smooth execution of studies and adherence to protocols and regulations.
Duties:
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical research studies
  • Recruit and screen potential study participants
  • Obtain informed consent from participants
  • Collect and manage study data, including blood samples and vital signs
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of study reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure study objectives are met
  • Supervise staff and provide training as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Proficiency in data management and statistical software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
