Job Description
Position Summary The Research Coordinator (CTI Study Coordinator) is the study's clinical and data anchor at The Melrose Center. Reporting to the Executive Director / Co-Principal Investigator, the Coordinator manages participant eligibility screening, baseline health metrics, cohort oversight, and study documentation for the FL-LIFE beta test, and serves as the site's point of coordination with the Mayo Clinic research team. This is a part-time (approximately 24-32 hours/week), grant-funded position through September 30, 2027, with continuation contingent on funding. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage participant screening against IRB-approved inclusion/exclusion criteria (adults 21+, county residency, English-speaking, willing to use adaptive technology; excluding recent behavioral-study participants) and maintain screening logs Support the informed consent process and participant onboarding assessments in coordination with the Mayo research coordinator Collect and document baseline and follow-up health metrics (blood pressure, height, weight, BMI) and maintain accurate, complete study records Provide cohort oversight across the 12-week intervention: attendance, participant status, protocol adherence, and data completeness Plan and manage the clinical screening station at monthly health fairs and recruitment events Operate the safety escalation / red-flag referral pathway, routing clinical concerns to the Melrose clinical team per protocol Enter, verify, and quality-check study data; prepare data for monthly implementation reports (RW-03) and support
