Conquest Research is seeking motivated healthcare professionals to join our Clinical Research Coordinator Development Program. Clinical research professionals play a critical role in developing new medications and treatments that improve patients' lives. As a Research Assistant, you will work directly with patients, physicians, and research professionals while developing the skills necessary to become a Clinical Research Coordinator. Through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, successful candidates can progress into a Clinical Research Coordinator role in as quickly as four months, based on demonstrated competency. This opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking a stable healthcare career with meaningful advancement opportunities, direct patient interaction, and the ability to contribute to medical innovation. Start at $24.04/hr. with no clinical research experience. Complete our structured training program and advance to Clinical Research Coordinator in as little as four months. Bilingual English/Spanish required. What You'll Do As a Research Assistant, you will gain experience in all aspects of clinical trial operations, including: Supporting patient visits and study procedures Collecting vital signs, ECGs, laboratory samples, and protocol-required assessments Assisting with participant recruitment and retention activities Communicating with patients regarding study participation and visit scheduling Supporting clinical documentation and data collection activities Learning study protocols, regulatory requirements, and patient safety procedures Collaborating with Clinical Research Coordinators, investigators, and study sponsors Supporting the successful execution of clinical trials from enrollment through study completion As your training progresses, you will assume increasing responsibility and prepare for advancement into a Clinical Research Coordinator role, with a corresponding pay increase. Structured Clinical Research Coordinator Development Program Our Research Assistants participate in a formal development program designed to build competency in: Clinical trial operations Patient management Study coordination Regulatory compliance Recruitment and retention strategies Source documentation and data quality Protocol execution Advancement is based on demonstrated competency, performance, and readiness rather than tenure alone. Education & Experience Required:
