This role involves assisting with patient recruitment, collecting vital signs and ECG data, managing patient information, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the research process. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records to facilitate successful clinical studies. Duties Assist with patient recruitment by screening potential participants and coordinating appointments. Collect and record vital signs and ECG data accurately during patient visits. Gather and input patient information into electronic systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Remind patients of upcoming appointments via email or phone calls to promote adherence. Assist with the creation of documents such as Word reports, tables in Excel for tracking data, and other administrative tasks. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including replying to emails, requesting medical records, and preparing documentation for study protocols. Support the research team in maintaining organized records of all study-related information. Skills Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and data management. Ability to collect clinical data such as vitals and ECG readings accurately. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and team members. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$19.76 - $20.67 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
