Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$1.00 (note: pay discussed upon application)
Annual Base Salary:
$500,000 - $550,000 Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision insurance Prescription drug coverage Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Life and disability insurance Retirement plans Paid time off, holidays, CME allowance Relocation assistance up to $30,000 Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time and other reimbursements as applicable What You ll Do Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division within Henry Ford Health Serve as Associate Medical Director for Cancer Service Line, guiding systemwide cancer care initiatives Lead and mentor over 40 full-time academic physicians, promoting clinical excellence and research growth Manage clinical, academic, and research programs across multiple hospitals and outpatient sites Oversee the Bone Marrow Transplant Program and expand oncology services systemwide Collaborate with university and health system leadership to advance cancer research and clinical trials Develop innovative inpatient and outpatient oncology care models Maintain a clinical practice ( 25%) within the division Support academic development, research, and multidisciplinary collaboration
What You Need Required:
Medical degree (MD/DO) Hematology/Oncology fellowship completion Board-certified or eligible in Hematology-Oncology Minimum of several years of leadership experience in an academic or large health system setting Proven experience overseeing clinical programs, faculty, and research initiatives Ability to obtain H1B visa support
Preferred:
